clean room panoramic view old coffee maker terrible toiletries
The room was very clean and the bed felt really comfy. I had an awesome panoramic view of the bay from my room that was a total score
The coffee maker in my room seemed quite old I found that disappointing. Also I thought the toiletries in the bathroom were not great

fantastic stay!
warm staff personable housekeeper restaurant support
I found the staff very warm when i arrived. the housekeepers were personable. They were always willing to help. i requested plates and utensils from the hotel restaurant, and they provided them. diane, a housekeeper, helped me and my partner after hiking.
the old coffee maker in my brand-new room was disappointing. the toiletries in the bathroom were not good.

I appreciated the hotel location. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel provided walking distance to a shopping center, the pier, ferries, and known restaurants. the location was AMAZING!!!

The housekeeper pam was very kind. Employers should be proud of her. the restaurant at the hotel is a fine place. It has good food and excellent staff. the team treats you well!!!
